Room 2 is our family room for 2 to 3 people and offers the perfect option if you are looking for a little extra luxury.

It features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. There is a built-in wardrobe, an antique desk, a sofa and a flat-screen TV.

The room offers additional space for a third person (at an extra price of 35€) from the age of 12 years on a fold-out sofa bed, which makes the room perfect for families.

From the room you have a direct access to a balcony where you can lounge, enjoy the wonderful surroundings and have a view on the pool.

Towels are of course provided as well as a pool towel.

Room 5 is a charming and spacious double room in the back of the house with a view of the fruit trees and green hills.

This double room has 2 separate beds of 90x200cm (please specify when booking if you like this set up) OR a kingsizebed of 180x200cm.

The ensuite bathroom has a bath with a shower inside.

This double room is featured with an build-in closet, a small desk and a cosy chair.

Towels, soap and showergel are provided as well as a pool towel.

This cosy and charming self-catering gatehouse (completely renovated) is in an idyllic location and the perfect getaway for walkers and couples who want to explore the Algarvian hinterland and coastline. It is set in a tranquil spot, in front of the property. There is a parking area nearby the gatehouse.

Minimum stay:

- 5 nights: from 1 April to 14 June and from 15 September to 31 October

- 7 nights: from 15 June to 14 September

Entering the gatehouse, you will find a compact kitchen, fully equipped with everything you may need, included a microwave, fridge and gas cooker. 

There is also a comfy sofa to relax after a day exploring. The sofa can be opened as a sofa bed for a child on request.

The sleeping area has a double bedroom (king size bed), a shower and toilet.

Stepping outside, you have a terrasse with outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy the views of the garden and the hills and watch the world go by.

Guests have access to the garden, sun loungers and private pool.

Breakfast is NOT included but can be provided on request at the price of 12€ pp.

End of stay cleaning at a extra price of 30€.

The air-conditioned villa has 5 cozy guest rooms on the first floor, each with its own style, rustic feel and an ensuite bathroom and toilet. There’s a big entrance hall, a living and dining room, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, American fridge, fridge and freezer, dishwasher) and all you need to cook.

You also have an independent charming cottage for 2 people on the premises. Entering the cottage, you will find a compact kitchen, fully equipped, included a microwave, fridge and gas cooker and a comfy sofa. The sleeping area has a double bedroom (king size bed), a shower, toilet and air-conditioning.

Stepping outside, you have a patio with outdoor furniture.

The villa and cottage are in an idyllic location and the perfect getaway for friends and families who want to explore the Algarvian hinterland and coastline and/or to relax in a tranquil spot. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.

It has magnificent landscaped grounds with palm and fruit trees, pool house, barbecue, private swimming pool and solar pannels. Parking is available on the property

A cleaning service is included in the price: every 3 days (cleaning of the terrace only) and every 7 days (cleaning and change of bed linen and towels) (see price list).

Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory and is charged at 300 euros.

A warranty of €1,500 is required at booking and will be returned once the property has been inspected.

The property is located 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Algarve and close to Olhos de Agua, Albufeira and Vilamoura and the many golf courses that the Algarve region has to offer. The nearest airport (Faro) is around 30 minutes away by car.

At Paderne, 3 kilometres from the property, you’ll find several good restaurants and two small supermarkets.
